Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You confirm you are not accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction and are not a sanctioned person.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or operated for an undisclosed third party. We may suspend an account pending verification or review.

Orders are executed against the platform's order book at prevailing prices. Market data is indicative and may differ from execution prices. We do not guarantee liquidity, execution at a specific price, or uninterrupted availability of the terminal.

Deposits must be sent to the exact address and network shown for the selected asset; transfers on an unsupported network may be unrecoverable. Credited balances are custodial records maintained by Cryptura Haven. Withdrawals are subject to verification, network fees and minimums published in the fee schedule.

You may not attempt market manipulation, wash trading, unauthorised access, automated abuse of the platform, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptura Haven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses caused by market movements, third-party networks, or your own transfer errors.

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. We may close or restrict an account where required by law or where these terms are breached.
