Account data (email, display name), verification data you submit during onboarding, transaction and ledger records, support conversations, and technical data such as device, browser and approximate location derived from your connection.

To operate your account and execute your instructions, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, to detect fraud and abuse, to provide support, and to improve the reliability and security of the platform.

We share data with infrastructure and market-data providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities where we are legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Account, transaction and audit records are retained for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by applicable financial record-keeping rules.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion where no retention obligation applies, a portable copy, or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@crypturahaven.example and we will respond within the statutory period.

Access to client records is restricted to authorised operators, and balance-changing actions are logged with the operator's identity and reason.
