Cryptura Haven
Legal & compliance
Last updated 18 August 2026
Cryptura Haven Digital Exchange operates a custodial trading platform. This page summarises the controls we apply to onboarding, monitoring and record keeping.
Identity verification (KYC)
Accounts are opened in the name of a verified individual or entity. We may request government identification, proof of address and, for entities, ownership documentation before enabling deposits, withdrawals or higher limits.
Anti-money-laundering monitoring
Deposits and withdrawals are screened against internal risk rules. We may request the source of funds, delay a transfer pending review, or decline activity that we cannot reasonably explain. Approved deposits are credited by an authorised operator and recorded in the audit log.
Custody and segregation
Client balances are recorded separately from desk treasury balances in a double-entry ledger. Every balance-modifying action — deposit approval, withdrawal settlement or manual adjustment — is attributed to an operator with a stated reason.
Record keeping and requests
Transaction records, ledger entries and audit trails are retained for the period required by applicable law. We respond to lawful requests from competent authorities and will notify affected clients where we are permitted to do so.
Restricted use
The platform may not be used from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited, nor for sanctioned parties, market abuse or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
